Roz Nowicki has a proven track record of driving innovation in global brand marketing, consumer products licensing, product development, and retail. In her current role, as Head of Global Consumer Products and Franchise Marketing for Mattel, she oversees the licensing and franchise marketing of a broad portfolio of iconic brands, including Barbie, Hot Wheels, and Fisher Price, in a range of categories; from Fashion and Home Décor, to Promotions and Experiences.

Prior to joining Mattel, Roz served as Executive Vice President of Peanuts Worldwide, overseeing a robust global consumer products program and worldwide operations for the brand. Nowicki previously served as the Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Retail at 20th Century Fox, where she led the consumer products strategy for TV and Film properties, such as The Simpsons and Ice Age. Roz spent over a decade serving as Executive Vice President of Consumer Products at 4Kids Entertainment, where she oversaw the reinvigoration of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Cabbage Patch Kids,and the global launch of Yu-Gi-Oh!

Other prior experience includes overseeing the softlines consumer products business for Universal Studios, as well as managing licensing and product development for The Walt Disney Company. Nowicki began her career in retail as a merchant for The Broadway Department Stores.
