Ingrid Tous Tovar is a Manager of Development at Disney Junior, focusing on series development of original animated properties for the Disney Junior audience of kids 2-7.

Prior to joining Disney Junior, Ingrid was a Creative Executive at Moonbug Entertainment, working on properties such as CoCoMelon and Blippi, and played an integral role in developing and producing “MyGo: Learn to Sign,” a brand expansion channel in American Sign Language. She was previously at DreamWorks Animation and Netflix Kids & Family working across International Dubbing and Development/Current Series respectively. She also organized and moderated Netflix’s first Latino Creatives in Animation Panel.

Outside of work, Ingrid is a charter member of Latinx in Animation, a program of the Latino Film Institute that brings together mentors and peers from underrepresented groups to help bridge the opportunity gap and elevate up-and-coming talent. Ingrid is passionate about creating media with a purpose and believes great stories can come from anywhere and anyone. 

She received a B.A from the Annenberg School of Communications at the University of Pennsylvania.
