Tracy is currently at the helm of Spin Master’s industry-leading preschool portfolio, fueling a bright future for the category with PAW Patrol, owned-IP and large entertainment partnerships. Pairing breakthrough content, dynamic franchise marketing campaigns, and product innovation that brings the fun home for kids. Tracy is at the forefront of the preschool omni-channel experience and defining the future of play.
Previously, as SVP of Girls and Preschool for Jakks Pacific, Tracy was brought on board as a change agent. She led the company’s growth through the development of private label programs, new brand development and exclusive collaborations with major retailers globally. With a bias to action, she delivered 47 percent growth in her first seven months of tenure, with another 50 percent planned by 2025.
Before joining Jakks Tracy held the Vice President of Consumer Products North America Toys, Hardlines, and Publishing leadership role for NBCUniversal. She drove global strategy, licensee development, and marketing for Universal Pictures, DreamWorks Animation, and Illumination franchises across children, tweens, and adult consumer segments — a 500-plus licensee portfolio. As the kids’ content landscape evolved, Tracy played a pivotal role in delivering the first-ever commercial success of a kid-targeted Netflix series with DreamWorks' Gabby’s Dollhouse.
Prior to NBCUniversal, Tracy spent ten years with Mattel in Global Brand Development, North American Marketing and Co-Productions across all major categories. Leading Toy Box Girls’ Global Brand Marketing, she oversaw product development, brand strategy, and marketing for owned and licensed IP portfolios. Before Girls, she was tapped to build a co-production start-up team that led to the successful relaunch of Polly Pocket and NBC’s The Toy Box television show, taking content, brand and toy integration to new spaces.
Operating with an entrepreneurial spirit, Tracy navigates complex organizations to deliver results. She is adept at building and fostering nimble teams, empowering others, and igniting a playful culture. Further, Tracy enjoys her equally important role as a mother and wife, residing with her family in Los Angeles, California. Seeing life through the eyes of her young boys provides renewed excitement for her career aspirations—as she works to bring purpose-driven brands, content and experiences to today’s consumers.
