Directions & Transportation

From San Diego International Airport (3.6 miles, 12 minutes):

• Head east on North Harbor Drive towards McCain Road
• Turn right onto Front Street
• The Marriott Marquis will be on the right

Arriving by Train

If you were planning to travel from LA to San Diego on Amtrak’s Pacific Surfliner route, please be advised that train service has been temporarily suspended due to debris blocking the rails in the aftermath of recent weather events. All bookings up to February 2 have been cancelled, and the status of reservations beyond that date are uncertain at present.

If you have a ticket and Amtrak has not reached out to advise of a cancellation, we suggest you call their reservation center at 1-800-USA-RAIL for more information. It may also be wise to arrange alternative transportation (car rental, flight), just in case train service does not resume in time.
