Richard Rowe joined Turner’s Cartoon Network UK programming team in 2002, where he was responsible for putting together the UK schedules for Cartoon Network, Boomerang and Toonami.

In 2004, Richard shifted into acquisitions and development, charged with assisting on co-productions and acquisition deals for the UK market. Richard later became the point person for all content pitches for the European market. Richard acquired, commissioned and executive produced a variety of children’s shows for Turner on a European and International basis and was also involved with numerous channel initiatives, like the launch of Cartoonito, Turner's preschool service.

After 12 years in the Broadcast business, Richard set up Richardrowemedia, where he is working with the Global Production and Broadcast community on a wide range of children's based projects.
