Christopher Keenan, Executive Producer /President, Creating4Kids, Inc.,is a highly accomplished creative executive, executive producer and writerwho has enjoyed over twenty five years of success in the animation, kids and family entertainment industries.  With thousands of hours of production to his credit, he is equally adept at development, sales and production. 

Under his Creating4Kids, Inc. banner, Christopher Keenan’s current projects include original preschool series, children’s animated and live-action properties and a children’s e-book series in connection with a diverse roster of global clients and partners.  While C4K has a number of original projects in the works, Keenan is currently story editing on Amazon Studios’ first original, stop-motion animated preschool series, TUMBLE LEAF from Bix Pix Entertainment, story editing for Genius Brands’ THOMAS EDISON’S SECRET LAB and spearheading the development on a number of other clients’ projects for television.  He recently developed FRUIT NINJA for Halfbrick Entertainment and executive produced ICONICLES (an original preschool live-action/animated series), currently airing in the UK on CBeebies and in Australia and Canada.  Creating4Kids’ extensive client list has included DHX/WildBrain, HIT Entertainment, Yowza Digital, Mattel, Blink Studios, Foothill Entertainment, Warner Bros. and many others.

Prior to setting up shop as Creating4Kids, Inc., Christopher Keenan served as Senior Vice President of Creative Affairs for Warner Bros. Animation where he led the development and production of television series and DVD features for original and franchise properties such as SCOOBY-DOO, JOHNNY TEST, PINKY & THE BRAIN, ANIMANIACS, BATMAN BEYOND, LOONEY TUNES, XIOLIN SHOWDOWN, MUCHA LUCHA, TOM & JERRY, COCONUT FRED, STATIC SHOCK and many more.  In addition to his accomplishments in the Animation division, Keenan was instrumental in the original launch of Kids’ WB!, the children’s programming service of The WB Network and served as head of programming for its first three years.  Previously, he was recruited by Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Entertainment as Story Editor to develop animated feature films and television series and he has also served as Director of Children’s Entertainment for Capital Cities/ ABC, Inc., overseeing the network’s Saturday morning schedule and After School Special development. 

Christopher Keenan graduated with honors from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts, USA with a double major in Communications and Sociology and a minor in Education.  His thesis, a groundbreaking and award-winning, original theatrical production (which he wrote, produced and directed), received national attention and resulted a Fellowship Grant to attend UCLA’s Graduate School of Theatre.  Currently, Christopher Keenan divides his time between Palm Springs, California and the rest of the world.
