Simon has over 28 years’ experience operating entertainment companies at an executive level in the UK, Europe and North America on behalf of shareholders, investors and content owners.
He has an extensive knowledge of financing structures, commissioning content and distribution platforms.
Simon and Bob Benton met through their work together in rescuing Handmade Films in 2010. They are now Executive Directors and majority shareholders of Bob and Co, which is a media advisory and investment business, connecting content to finance, and are actively investing in all forms of content. From children’s animation to feature films, TV drama, theatre and digital only content. All with the objective of “enabling content”.
