Dan Yaccarino is a show creator, producer, and writer of the Parents Choice Award and the Bologna Ragazzi-winning animated series Oswald, as well as the Emmy-winning Willa's Wild Life. He is also the character designer behind the Emmy-winning The Backyardigans. Dan is the author and illustrator of dozens of children’s books, which have won such prestigious awards as the New York Times Best Illustrated, an ALA Notable designation, and a Parents Choice Award.
