After graduating from the IEP in Paris,Tiphaine de Raguenelstarted out as Key Account Manager then Key Account Executive at Carat/Aegis Media.
She joined Lagardère Active in 2006 as Marketing Research Manager for TiJi, CANAL J, Filles TV and Gulli, then became Marketing and New Media Manager.
She moved to France Télévisions in 2012, as Children and Youth Activities Manager, before taking over the direction and Head of Programmes at France 4 in 2013.
She was made Executive Director of France 4 in 2015.
