Susan Vargo leads creative development and production for live entertainment across for Nickelodeon's touring, theme park, hotels and resort activities as well as select non-ticketed event and the global costume character program.  Current stage tours include: Paw Patrol Live! and Double Dare Live!.  She also serves as the executive producer for The Sponge Bob Musical, which was nominated for 12 TONY Awards during the 2017 - 18 Broadway season and will be seen across the country starting Fall 2019. Additionally for Viacom, she managed the licensing of stage adaptations for Paramount Pictures including Ghost the Musical, The First Wives Club, Mad Hot Ballroom, Leap of Faith, and Clueless. 

Prior to joining Nickelodeon, Ms. Vargo worked as a Broadway and touring manager for over ten years on shows including Russell Simmons’ Def Poetry Jam, Disney's Beauty and the Beast, and Chicago.  She also advised theatrical producers Fiery Angel Productions and Limelight Productions on global expansion licensing and acquisitions.
