Jill Nordquist is an energetic and dynamic marketer known for launching and invigorating global brands. Currently, she serves as Senior Vice President of Marketing at JAKKS Pacific, leading the Girls & Preschool division. Jill is well-versed in kids’ play patterns, understanding how kids play, and the importance of gauging what makes a good toy in a highly competitive and changing landscape. Jill has been passionately marketing consumer products in the health & beauty and toy industries for more than 20 years. Prior to JAKKS, Jill held various escalating positions at Mattel, the world’s largest toy company. Her extensive toy industry experience includes marketing iconic brands such as Barbie, Disney/Pixar CARS, Toy Story, Batman, and WWE to name just a few. In addition to toys, Jill also created licensed programs for Barbie, Hot Wheels and Polly Pocket extending these brands outside of the toy aisle.
Jill graduated from Occidental College and has been sought after as a guest lecturer at the USC Marshall School of Business for the past 5 years
