Irene Pothecary-Huse, Acquisitions Executive at NRK Super, Norway’s foremost multi-platform Children’s channel.
In 1996, the Norwegian public broadcaster, NRK, launched NRK2 in which Irene was part of the creation team. She has since served as Project Manager and Executive feature film/ fiction buyer for NRK1 and NRK2. In 2007 Irene helped the launch of NRK Super, NRK’s Children’s channel publishing on VOD, linear TV, radio and social media. The core audience of 2-12 appreciate a mix of acquisitions, in-house and co-productions of all genres. NRK Super has won numerous prestigious awards for their productions.
