Menal has over 20 years of experience in the toy industry in a broad capacity including sales, product development, and licensing at top Toy and Entertainment companies. She started her career at Mattel in sales of entertainment brands. At Disney she managed the core toys business across a variety of brands including Disney’s preschool portfolio, Disney Fairies, and Marvel. This led her to Moose Toys where she now heads up the Licensing division managing global licensing of Moose brands and the acquisition of licenses from major studios and agencies.
