As Senior Director of Development for PBS KIDS Content, Natalie works closely with series creators from pitch to pilot, helping shape their projects for the PBS KIDS audience. She is responsible for setting and executing PBS KIDS’ strategic content goals for its multiplatform pipelines.  At PBS since 2009, Natalie worked on the PBS KIDS Marketing team before joining the Children's Programming division in 2014.  Since that time, she has served as the development and series executive for Pinkalicious & Peterrific, Let’s Go Luna! and Elinor Wonders Why; the series executive for Peg + Cat and Odd Squad; and the development executive for Molly of Denali and Alma’s Way, among others. Natalie also won an Emmy for her work on the 2020 special, “PBS KIDS Talk About: Race and Racism.” A fan of good storytelling and strong, character-driven narratives, she began her career as an editorial assistant at HarperCollins Children's Books.
