Jess leads MarketCast’s custom research team focused on youth and identity development. With two decades of Insights experience spanning both the client and agency side, Jess has helped companies across a multitude of industries tackle complex business questions. She has deep expertise in qualitative research and has engaged with B2B and consumer audiences of virtually all life stages and many walks of life. Whether encouraging children to talk about the real-life superheroes that inspire them or understanding the challenges for seniors struggling to afford healthcare, Jess strives to lead with empathy, elevate the voices of the audiences she engages with, and keep research human centric. In addition to writing many blogs and thought pieces on the power of qualitative methodologies, she has had articles published in industry journals, including Quirk’s Marketing Research Review.
