After completing a degree in Theatre, Film and Television Studies, Jo studied Acting before joining Aardman Animations where she worked for over ten years as a Producer on commercials, idents, series and short films including the BAFTA winning ‘The Pearce Sisters’ and the Academy Award nominated ‘Wat’s Pig’. She also spent a year heading up the Development team.
Jo then completed a Masters Degree in scriptwriting before joining BBC Childrens. There, she worked as an in-house Producer on the BAFTA nominated series Go Jetters, before taking her current role where she is BBC Exec for various independent productions including Dennis & Gnasher: Unleashed! Boy Girl Dog Cat Mouse Cheese, Endlings and Ninja Express.
