Caroline Fraser is the head of HarperCollins Productions, which is part of HarperCollins Publishers, the second largest consumer book publisher in the world. HC Productions develops and produces TV, film, and interactive projects that relate to children's and young adult (YA) books that HarperCollins publishes. HC Productions’ projects range from preschool to YA and family, in both live action and animation. Caroline oversees the creative and business strategy, including the teams that run creative development, production, licensing, and partnerships.
Caroline is the Executive Producer of the Carmen Sandiego animated series on Netflix, nominated for nine Emmys, and she is a Producer on the Carmen Sandiego live action movie for Netflix. HC Productions has many other projects set up in development and production which are not yet announced.
