Ian joined Sky Kids as a Commissioning Editor in 2020 and is an Executive Producer for Sky in a range of genres for children up to 12 years. Ian has worked with independent producers to make a number of Sky Originals including; The Brilliant World of Tom Gates, COP26: In Your Hands, Obki, Wonder Raps and the weekly news show for kids FYI (For Your Info).
Before joining Sky, Ian was the Head of Presentation for BBC Children’s, overseeing the presentation department for both CBBC and CBeebies linear channels and iPlayer, including content made by the team such as CBeebies Bedtime Stories and Saturday Mash Up.
