Dr. Lindsey “GamerDoc'' Migliore is a licensed esports medicine physician and is the new Director of Player Performance for the global Gaming and Entertainment brand Evil Geniuses (EG). In her role, Dr. Migliore has developed and implemented extensive curriculums for the company’s roster of esports athletes, which includes clinics and courses to focus on the mental and physical health of players, resulting in better performance for their teams.
Dr. Migliore is also the founder of GamerDoc, an esports medicine consultancy that applies scientific and medical principles to the field of gaming to improve an athlete's health, longevity, and performance. She also serves as an Executive Director for Queer Women of Esports, a non-profit organization dedicated to making esports a more inclusive environment for LGBTQIA+ individuals, a Faculty Associate in the New York Institute of Technology Center for Sports Medicine, an Ergonomic Advisor for SecretLab, and the co-editor of the Handbook of Esports Medicine: Clinical Aspects of Competitive Gaming.
