Jad is the Chief Operating Officer for Common Sense Networks, the parent company and operator of the leading kids streaming service Sensical.  In his role, he manages strategic accounts, content review and curation, legal and business affairs, and finance.  Jad also led the team that incubated Sensical inside Common Sense Media until its launch as a standalone business in 2020.

Jad is a serially successful entrepreneur and enterprise growth executive.  He co-founded and ran three venture backed start-ups that all exited to large public companies (Microsoft, Intuit and Advance Auto Parts).  The first two businesses were ecommerce services and two of the services were B2B SaaS businesses.  After each acquisition, he stayed on to scale each of the businesses in senior Business Development and Product roles.  

His industry expertise spans Digital and Streaming Media, e-commerce, B2B SaaS, Automotive, Local, CRM, and E-Learning and Education. A former member of the California State Bar, He received his undergraduate degree from St Lawrence University and his JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
