Nerissa Holder Hall is the Head of Franchise at Invisible Universe, an internet-first animation studio that is building the Pixar of the internet. In her role, Hall will focus on commercializing Invisible Universe’s suite of beloved IP, identifying new opportunities, and expanding the characters to new media formats including publishing, long-form series, movies, consumer products, and more.
Hall is an award-winning producer of games, television, podcasts and social networks for kids. She hails from almost two decades of experience in children's media, most recently leading content strategy for Nickelodeon’s interactive learning app, Noggin. Prior to that, she served as Senior Producer at Pinna, a creator and writer at PBS/WNET, and Director of Outreach and Marketing for Callaway Digital Arts. She started her career in TV production at Nickelodeon, working on hit series Dora the Explorer, Go, Diego, Go and Team Umizoomi.
Hall is also the founder of Mirror Mirror Books, a direct-to-consumer publishing company that creates picture books that help little kids handle life's big moments. Their first book, The Day I Beat the Germs, tackled the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hall holds a degree in English from Wellesley College and a Masters degree in communication and education from Columbia University’s Teachers College.
