Andy Yeatman is Managing Director, Head of Americas at Moonbug Entertainment, a global entertainment company that develops and distributes fun and enriching content for children.  Andy is responsible for North and South American operations as well as content partnerships and distribution for the fastest-growing kids entertainment company in the world. Andy is responsible for the deals that landed Moonbug’s IP such as CoComelon, Little Angel, Blippi and Little Baby Bum on nearly every streaming platform including Netflix, YouTube, Amazon, HBO, Peacock, Roku, Hulu, and Disney+.

Prior to Moonbug, Andy founded and led Netflix’s Kids Content department, which was responsible for original productions, co-productions, and acquisitions of content for kids aged two to 12.  Andy oversaw the growth of Netflix Kids' slate from two originals in 2014 to 40 in 2017, the largest slate of original kids content in the industry, with 100-plus Daytime Emmy nominations and 30 wins in three years.  He also led Netflix’s Kids and Family programming strategy and acquisitions globally, including content from 50-plus countries and original productions in 10 countries.  In this capacity, he closed licensing or production deals with every major kids content provider, including Disney, Dreamworks, Nickelodeon, Warner Bros, LEGO, Hasbro, and Mattel.  During Andy's tenure, Netflix was named Kidscreen's Top Kids Broadcaster four years in a row.

Andy joined Netflix in 2011 to help acquire content for its international expansion.  In this role, he closed television and film licensing deals with every major U.S. studio and network for the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

Before joining Netflix, Andy worked in strategy and digital distribution for The Walt Disney Studios, where he negotiated movie distribution deals with digital platforms such as Hulu, iTunes, Sony Playstation Network, and Microsoft Xbox.

Andy holds an MBA in Strategy and Entertainment Management from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and a degree in International Relations from Tufts University.
