Joyce Miller has formed a consulting company, Linden Animation Consulting, where she focuses on non-exclusive animation consulting using her experience as an Animation Production Executive and Producer. She is currently consulting with Wild Child Animation in Scotland, the UK, and several other companies in the US, Canada, and Latin America.

Joyce has helped companies and individuals with strategic studio planning, mentoring executive teams and team members to help their growth, well-being, and subsequent overall effectiveness in animation production. She also advises on constructive communication between teams and partner studios and considerations to review on selecting and working with partner studios. Joyce is experienced in creating individual production plans for projects through all phases of production, advising on production best practices, and guiding problem-solving while balancing creative and production goals.

Prior to this, Joyce was Senior Manager at Netflix, establishing the Production Team for Animated Series Preschool, Kids and Family. She was the Senior Director of Production at Spin Master Entertainment based in Los Angeles, and Vice President of Production at Disneytoon Studios at its inception. Joyce has Dual Citizenship in the United Kingdom and the United States of America and is a GlobalScot in the GlobalScot Network.
