As Head of Content Development, Gary Milne is responsible for developing content for young audiences and their families across both animation and live-action. He is passionate about creating inspiring and lasting content that reflects the broad spectrum of young audiences onscreen.
Milne joined Zodiak Kids in 2011, from production at RDF Television. He has worked on the distribution side of the kids' TV business, across both sales and co-productions, before later moving into development.
Milne developed and is currently Executive Producing the original action-comedy animated series Shasha & Milo (25 x 22’ + 12 x 2’) and a seventh season of the iconic Totally Spies. Milne’s other credits include Creative Producer on the original animated comedy, The Unstoppable Yellow Yeti (52x11’) in partnership with Gigglebug Entertainment, which launched last year on Disney EMEA and YLE; he also developed Mumfie (78 x 7’), which was commissioned by France Televisions and RAI and was awarded the Pulcinella Award for “Best TV pilot” in 2018.
