Steve Couture is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur in the kids entertainment business. Steve is now CEO and Executive Producer at Epic Storyworlds, a Canadian kids content company developing and commercializing from creators around the world. Epic Storyworlds parents two Quebec-based studios: Loomi Animation, and Freeground — a dedicated Roblox experience studio.
Previously, as Co-Founder and CEO for 15 years of the Canadian-renowned entertainment studio, Frima, Steve has produced and led numerous major kids games and animated content. Frima Studio has been involved in many successful virtual worlds, including Club Penguin, Littlest Pet Shop Online, Bearville, Neo Pets, and Webkinz, generating more than 100 million active players. The studio also produced linear content, including LEGO Bionicle for Netflix and the Canadian movie, The Rooster of St-Victor.
With a bachelor's in computer science and as an MIT graduate, Steve enjoys sharing his passions as a lecturer in business events and university classes.
