Jiella began her career in Kids at Paramount Pictures responsible for the Home Entertainment distribution of all Nickelodeon content in the UK, adding DreamWorks Animation to her remit following Paramount's acquisition of DreamWorks. She was one half of the founding duo of Paramount Digital Entertainment across EMEA, progressing to a Digital Distribution and Innovation role at Sony Pictures and subsequently International New Media Sales at NBCUniversal. More recently, Jiella led distribution and originals partnerships at Moonbug Entertainment across EMEA. She is currently Chief Revenue Officer of Amuse Animation and Amuse Studio, tasked with growing revenue streams off YouTube including distribution of video/audio, co-productions, licensing and merchandising, 2D/3D animation servicing, and gaming.
