Jesse Cleverly is the Creative Director of Wildseed Studios — a BAFTA-winning UK production company specializing in scripted content for audiences 30 and under. Wildseeds’s most recent productions include Dodo for Sky Kids and The Last Bus for Netflix. Previous productions include Counterfeit Cat for Disney and Tales of the Serengeti for BBC3.
In 2023, Wildseed joined Mediawan and is delighted and proud to be working alongside the world-class team there. Before founding Wildseed Studios, Jesse worked at the BBC for 10 years, concluding his time there as Head of Co-production and Acquisition for BBC Children’s. Prior to that, he worked in London theatres, including a five-year stint at the Royal Court under Stephen Daldry’s artistic directorship where he launched the first plays by Jez Butterworth and Martin McDonagh.
