Alli Guglielmino is Senior Vice President of Growth at Gamefam, the leading metaverse game developer and strategist creating connected experiences with the largest gaming communities and well-known brands. In her leadership role, Alli directs marketing for large-scale partnerships and events, as well as influencer programs, licensing, web design, merchandising, and social media strategy.

Since joining Gamefam in early 2022, Alli has directly managed major launches and day-to-day activities for Gamefam’s largest partnerships with marquee brands including the NFL, Warner Music Group, Mattel, Paramount, Netflix, Sega, Spin Master, Cirque du Soleil, Build-A-Bear and several others. She played a fundamental role in organizing three of the top five Roblox concerts of all time for artists including The Chainsmokers, 24kGoldn, and Saweetie (Super Bowl Concert Presented by Intuit, which was honored as Best Metaverse Marketing Campaign by the Digiday Awards). Notably, Alli created bespoke campaigns for the promotion of
several movies and shows, including the premiere of Sonic Prime in Gamefam’s hit Roblox game Sonic Speed Simulator, which marked the first time Netflix premiered new content worldwide on another platform. Additionally, Alli has launched top branded games with partners, including Barbie DreamHouse Tycoon (Mattel), TMNT Battle Tycoon (Paramount), SpongeBob Simulator (Paramount), Circus Tycoon (Cirque du Soleil), Build-A-Bear Tycoon, Bakugan Brawl Simulator (Spin Master), Super NFL Tycoon, Harmony Hills (Warner Music Group) and several others. And as Gamefam develops hit franchises in the metaverse, Alli has developed ways to bring metaverse-based intellectual property to the real world, specifically transforming the characters from Gamefam’s popular Roblox experience Twilight Daycare to an animated series and real-life merchandise at well-known retailers globally.

Prior to Gamefam, Alli worked as Vice President of Client Services at Fullscreen and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Food52. At Fullscreen, Alli spearheaded the growth of several major accounts generating over $30 million in annual revenue, partnered with global brands to solve complex marketing challenges, and built and executed audience-first 360-degree marketing campaigns and product launches. Working with the Walt Disney Company, Alli launched Mickey Mouse’s Instagram strategy and Mickey Mouse’s 60th birthday activation where the beloved character engaged with fans one-on-one on social media for the first time. At Food52, Alli built unique partnerships to introduce new consumers to brands in the food and home space, including Target, Fab Fit Fun, M.M. LaFleur, and others.
