Headspace Health

Since joining in 2019, Morgan has worked to build and grow Headspace Studios, the multi-platform production studio within Headspace. The team brings in talented creators in collaboration with mindfulness and scientific experts to create powerful content that allows people to live healthier and happier lives. Previously VP of Content, Morgan was instrumental in launching Headspace Studios’ multi-program partnership with Netflix, Headspace Guide to Meditation. Among three nominations, it was awarded a 2022 Daytime Emmy for Main Title and Graphic Design. Morgan was integral to the launch of a four-part BBC Four series Mindful Escapes, and has led multiyear partnership efforts with John Legend, releasing
soundtracks to help with mindfulness and productivity.

Innovating ways to blend inspirational comedy and mindfulness, Morgan led a partnership with Kevin Hart’s Laugh Out Loud Studios. The programming featured Tiffany Haddish, Hasan Minhaj, Amanda Seales, and Deon Cole, taking viewers through their own meditation journeys.In collaboration with Sesame Street and YouTube Kids, Morgan also led the launch of Monster Meditations, a digital series that teaches children the fundamentals of mindfulness. As well as receiving a Kidscreen Award,
a Gold Telly Award, and an Emmy nomination, the successful shorts have been viewed more than 33 million times and inspired the publication of a book series by Random House Children’s Books. Morgan’s team developed a slate of new podcasts, reaching millions of listeners around the world, including the Webby Award-winning Radio Headspace, ARIA gold winner, The Long Time Academy, Ambie nominated HiberNation, Sesame Workshop partnership Goodnight, World!, and The Yes Theory Podcast, featuring the creators of the popular YouTube channel Yes Theory. Prior to Headspace, Morgan’s seven-year tenure at Country Music Television (CMT) enabled the launch of Music City from famed producer Adam DiVello, revival
of the hit series, Wife Swap, and set new benchmarks for the network in television ratings with the launch of Nashville.
An avid pop culture junkie, she is a graduate of Hamilton College and resides in Venice Beach with her husband and two sons.
